it went well! not perfect, but smoothly enough that I don't regret anything.

it doesn't mean I can actually dance, though. it just means my clumsiness can be beaten out of me if I practice a set routine enough times.

Today-- what amounts to the first time in my life that I will be dancing. In front of people. If you want to get technical, I suppose it would be the first time since about 4th grade.

I can't believe the amount of practice that goes into a 4 minute dance.

I'm glad I signed up for this, though. Despite my awkwardness and totally not being made for this kind of thing, it's pretty fun. Yay trying new things.

I hope the weather figures out it's March soon. It will make everything else so much easier to bear.
